1. Advisory Nature of Services

TSS Global operates as an Independent Wealth and Real Estate Advisory. We provide market intelligence, precise due diligence, and bespoke portfolio orchestration across India, Dubai, and emerging global markets.

• We are not legal advisors or tax consultants. Clients are strongly encouraged to seek independent professional advice for jurisdictional, legal, or tax implications specific to their portfolios.
• Real estate and alternative investments are inherently subject to market risks. Historical yield, rental projections, and past capital appreciation are indicative and do not guarantee future returns.

2. Property Listings & Information

While TSS Global executes rigorous institutional-grade due diligence on all recommended assets, specific property details—including pricing, carpet area, payment plans, and delivery timelines—are originated and governed by the respective developers.

• TSS Global curates data from credible public domains, developer mandates, and RERA-registered entities. However, we do not assume liability for unilateral alterations made by developers.
• Architectural visual representations, masterplan renders, and digital walk-throughs are artistic impressions for illustrative purposes only. They may diverge from the ultimate physical delivery.

3. Regulatory & Compliance (RERA)

Integrity is our benchmark. Every domestic project advised by TSS Global complies with mandates set forth by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA). Investors hold the absolute right and responsibility to independently verify project registration credentials on respective state RERA portals preceding any financial commitment.

4. Non-Solicitation & Intellectual Property

Engagement with TSS Global signifies a bona fide intent to access our advisory infrastructure. Our proprietary market insights, developer leverage, and curated investment data constitute Intellectual Property. Any attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or harness this framework for unauthorized commercial solicitation, brokerage circumvention, or competitive intelligence is strictly prohibited and actionable.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be exclusively governed by and meticulously construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Delhi NCR, India.
