These terms shall be exclusively governed by and meticulously construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Delhi NCR, India.
